This price corresponds to the first 4 weeks. Starting the 2nd. month there is a discount so the price would be in between: 220 to 350 euros per month.This will depend on availability. Students will pay the accommodation directly to us; the owners prefer to deal with the school.
Students coming through an agency.-
C ILCE will charge 350 euros to the agency; this price corresponds to the second or third month and when a cheaper apartement is available.
CILCE will refund the difference directly to the agency.
Students interested in finding cheaper apartements.- CILCE will adv ice the student how to find information though specialised web pages, journals and real state agents. The student would deal directly with the owner of the property. CILCE would not take part in this business
Renting a share apartement for weeks:
An agency can request a share apartement for 1-2-or 3 weeks; the price will be as in the brochure: 120 euros per week.

Other options
The following options will be organized upon request and subject to availability: Hostels, Hotels Youth hostels and Student Residences can be organized on demand.
Students residences are less available during the academic year although CILCE has good contacts can not guarantee the service.
In case of Hotel or Hostel please inform us if you want a 1, 2, 3, 4 starts.

IMPORTANT
Lodging starts on the evening of the Sunday of the arrival of the student and ends on Saturday morning after the course.
Cancellation: Students coming for a period longer than 4 weeks who wish to cancel the accommodation once the course has begun, should do so at least 3 weeks in advance if they wish to receive a refund. For shorter periods there will not be any refund.
NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
There will be no classes on national holydays. The dates are: ,22nd. January- 16 and 19 h.March-6-9-16th.April, 1st. May,- 15th.August ,-9 12th . October- 1st. November, 6-8 th. December.
IMPORTANTDATES: Absolute beginners have to start at the beginning of each course.
TIMETABLE: The lessons are in the morning from Monday to Friday from 9.10 to 1.10 p.m. Classes can take place in the afternoon if the Principal considers necessary.
INSURANCE: Students are not insured by the school or the families against theft,accident or sickness.
We specifically recommend that students take out an insurance during their stay. This has to be done
in the country of origin. Students from European Union have to bring FORM E-111
NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER CLASS: Average: 8 / Maximum: 10-(Summer)-Winter: 6-7 average or less .
BOOKS: all the material used during the course is included in the price.
AIRPORT COLLECTING FEE: 60€
PAYMENT
The student will send the attached registration form, signed, with a photograph and a total amount of 65€ consisting of:
30€ as a deposit for reservation purposes. This amount will be deducted from the total price of the course.
35€ as a matriculation fee. This sum will not be deducted from the total price of the course. Should the course be cancelled, this amount of
65€ will not be returned to the student. It should be sent by a bankers draft, with no charge for the beneficiary payable to, CILCE © calle Almirante, 1,46003 VALENCIA, by recorder delivery.
CILCE© will send the student a proforma invoice for the balance quantity,which the student should pay by a confirmed bankers draft or bank transfer payable to CILCE©, with no charge for the beneficiary, account No.0019-0511-41-4010055121 at the DEUTSCHE BANK

ADMISION AND CANCELLATIONThe full payment will be returned to those student whose registered letter, fax, or e-mail of cancellation reaches CILCE© 15 days before the beginning of the particular course. Only half of the fee will be paid back to those students whose cancellation letter, fax or e-mail arrives in the two weeks before the beginning of the course.
Fees will not be returned to those students who withdraw before the end of the course.Those students coming to CILCE© through an organisation and who wish to cancel or have their money refunded should deal directly with the organisation in their country .Students coming for a period longer than 4 weeks who wish to cancel either classes or accommodation once the course has begun, should do so at least 3 weeks in advance if they wish to receive a refund.Should the student be refunded, price of the course will be calculated according to the prospectus and the number of weeks the student has been coming to lessons.
The school will not admit students whose behaviour is unacceptable in any way.
GRANT / VISA.- If a student has asked for a VISA and CILCE© has given all documents to get it, there will have no refund unless the student shows the ticket return and the school is completely sure that the student goes to their country. If the student wants to go to another part of Spain, © will not give him/her the money because the VISA was to study at CILCE©.
